As a small non-profit, The Empowerment Network, (TEN) Inc. deeply appreciates the financial resources that you have made available to assist the vulnerable population of prostate cancer survivors that we serve through our various programs and outreaches. Because of you, we have stood tall.
Over the years, TEN has had to adapt to a virtual delivery of programs and services to keep the organization moving forward and keep the doors open. Our financial resources have been stretched thin as our major annual fundraiser had to be canceled in September 2020 and other key financial sources have slowed due to the pandemic.
In 2026 we face funding challenges as many organizations do due to the overwhelming need for our services and the men we support.
We’re at a crossroads. Never in the 18-year existence of The Empowerment Network has our financial need been greater.

The Empowerment Network, Inc. (TEN) is a St. Louis–based nonprofit organization that advocates for, raises awareness of, and educates men aged 40+. In 2023, TEN celebrated its 15th Crystal Anniversary of saving lives.

The journey that started with a promise that grew from vision into a mission, and is now an internationally known organization that helps and supports men and their families with prostate cancer.

New medical advancements, cutting-edge robotic technology, research, and interventions have occurred over the years to improve cancer outcomes. Prostate cancer survivors are now living longer and having a better quality of life, thanks to the work being done in the field of cancer treatments.

The real treasure we see at TEN is in the faces of family members when their fathers, grandfathers, and uncles are surrounded by the disease and return to a life of normalcy and social interaction with their family members and friends.

This amazing organization of men has become the torchbearers fighting against this disease on the front lines in the community.
